An axiomatic characterization of <scp>Promethee II</scp> 's net flow scores based on a combination of direct comparisons and comparisons with third alternatives

چکیده
Promethee ii is a multi-criteria decision aid method working as follows: firstly, all alternatives are compared two by to form pairwise comparison matrix. Then the net flow score procedure applied on this matrix assign each alternative according which they ranked. Methods of family may suffer from rank reversal occurrences. The legitimacy methods suffering phenomenon has been largely debated in literature. aim work provide characterization scores combination between distinct based different hypotheses. first one direct considered while second with respect other problem. This highlights dependence third an inherent characteristic method.
